¹Hkkx IIμ[k.M 3(i)] Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 53 New Delhi, the 15th November, 2019 G.S.R. 855(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clauses (p), (q), (r), (s), (t), (u), (v), (w), (x), (y), (z), (za), (zb) and (zc) of sub-section (2) of section 239 read with clause (e) of section 2 and sub-section (2), clauses (c) and (e) of sub-section (14) and clause (e) of sub-section (15) of section 79 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely-
