All sales are final. Tranzission does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds, credits or cancellations after an order or enrolment has been placed.
No returns
No course, exam, membership, subscription, publication, digital product, printed product, bundle or other purchase may be returned for any reason.
No refunds or cancellations
Payments are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled, whether or not the product, service, access, download, session, exam or other benefit has been used. This includes change of mind, duplicate purchases made by the customer, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, failure to complete, dissatisfaction, device or connectivity issues, and purchases made in error.
No exchanges, substitutions or transfers
Purchases cannot be exchanged, substituted, upgraded, downgraded or transferred to another product, course, batch, attempt, edition, format, account or person. No partial refund, credit, price adjustment or extension will be provided.
Digital access and intellectual property
Digital materials and services may be made available immediately after payment. Once an order is placed, access is treated as supplied and the purchase remains final. Downloading, copying or using the material is not required for this policy to apply.
Printed products and delivery
Printed publications and other physical products are also final sale. They are not eligible for return, refund or exchange after the order is placed, including where the customer refuses or does not accept delivery.
Access or delivery assistance
If you experience an access or delivery issue, contact Tranzission support promptly. Tranzission may investigate and provide technical or delivery assistance at its discretion, but support does not create a right to a return, refund, exchange, credit, cancellation, replacement or transfer.
Agreement
By placing an order, enrolling or making a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed the product details and agree that the purchase is final and non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
