Program Objective

Knowing where AI adds value is not the same as using it well

“I asked ChatGPT a question.”
“The answer looked confident.”
“I am not sure I can rely on it.”
“I don’t know which tool to use.”

AI is rapidly becoming a powerful tool for professional productivity. Real value, however, comes from knowing where AI can add value, how to work with it effectively, and how to exercise sound professional judgment. This Certificate Program takes participants from foundational AI literacy to confident, practical use — with the emphasis throughout on learning by doing.
