Short title and commencement
Regulation 1ofInsolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Advisory Committee) Regulations, 2017
(1) These regulations may be called Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Advisory Committee) Regulations, 2017. (2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
