Short title and commencement
Regulation 1ofInsolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016
(1) These Regulations may be called the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. (2) These Regulations shall come into force on 1st December, 2016. (3) These Regulations shall apply to the corporate insolvency resolution process.
