Annual statement
Regulation 25ofInsolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Information Utilities) Regulations, 2017
(1) An information utility shall provide every user an annual statement of all information pertaining to the user, free of charge. (2) An information utility shall provide the user a functionality to mark information as erroneous and correct it.
