INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY BOARD OF INDIA (PRE-PACKAGED INSOLVENCY RESOLUTION PROCESS) REGULATIONS, 2021 No. IBBI/2021-22/GN/REG071.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sections 196, 208 and 240 read with provisions of Chapter III-A of Part II of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India hereby makes the following Regulations, namely:- CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY
