Regulation 3ofInsolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution Process) Regulations, 2021
(1) The meetings required under these Regulations may be held either in physical or electronic mode or in a combination of both. (2) All communications required under these Regulations shall be made by electronic means as far as possible.
