Leave not a matter of right
Regulation 22ofInsolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Employees’ Service) Regulations, 2017
(1) Leave cannot be claimed as a matter of right. (2) The Board may refuse to grant leave to an employee, may revoke leave already granted to an employee or may recall an employee on leave when the exigencies of the service so require.
