Employment with a service provider
Regulation 45ofInsolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Employees’ Service) Regulations, 2017
(1) No employee shall use his position or influence directly or indirectly to secure employment in any service provider registered with the Board, for any person. (2) An employee shall report to the Board in case any of his relatives accepts employment in any service provider registered with the Board.
